"Update:
A year ago today I called in to add roadside assistance coverage again to my policy since I couldn’t afford to renew my other roadside coverage from another company. For years in addition to that said company roadside coverage I also maintained an additional roadside coverage with SF (wasting money). For some reason when I called in to the office in June 2025, Charles denied that addition due to him suspecting I needed to use it immediately (ignoring the fact I told him I needed to add it for reassurance and affordability….of note I still never even filed a claim!). Since I felt offended due to me being a SF customer for 31 years (with very few claims) and never experienced this I called back and spoke with Debbie who approved it immediately. I also wrote a review for her on that day. Fast forward to yesterday since Debbie was out of the office I spoke with Charles who couldn’t fully explain to me exactly why there was at $20+ increase to my premium due to an address change in the same county. He never even told me the total cost of the increase. Of course I was extremely upset because no one informed me of this increase at the time I updated my address to include renters insurance back in March over the phone and email and suddenly today I have a whopping increase on the bill. Also learned today additional notes were added by this representative today however I didn’t talk to him or anyone in the office today. I called but my calls went to voicemail around the time these notes were documented so now I feel that my call was screened and sent to voicemail. At this time there is a lack of trust because I’m concerned about a breakdown of integrity and ethics here, therefore, I’ve decided to take this further as well as update my review. Not sure what’s going on but this needs to be further reviewed. Don’t get me wrong, Debbie is exceptional and delivers good customer service and has worked with me but this isn’t the first time Charles has given me misinformation and made me feel i couldn’t rely on his service and spoke to someone else instead.

Previous review in 2025 after requested:
Switched my insurance management over to this team for the past 3 years and they’ve met my expectations! I appreciate Debbie who delivers exceptional and friendly customer service and follows up when she says she will! I look forward to continued good service!"

"Excellent customer service starting with a prompt return call and intake leading to a very reasonable plan and delivery of documents. Nicole was professional yet personable. She even apologized on behalf of technical slowness by suggesting her computer has not had coffee yet. I felt she moved through the process perfectly.
But here’s a cup for her computer anyway!"

"Look no further when it comes to picking an insurance agency. I’ve been a client of this State Farm branch for 10+ years. They’re available when I need them and continuously try to give me the best rate with the most coverage. In the unfortunate circumstances where I have been in an accident, I can make a claim and move through the process quickly. And if I’m ever having an issue on the claim side, I call my agent (Debbie) and she helps assist in making sure I’m getting what I need. I feel at ease knowing I have Barry Hoskins - State Farm as my insurance provider."
